One afternoon, as I was browsing the net, looking for a perfect place to hide for the upcoming holidays, I saw this very impressive place somewhere located in Southern place of Cebu - Oslob. And that place is called VILLA ON A CLIFF. The place is very perfect for family vacation because it is private, for it is not just a resort or a hotel but a summer home, almost all of their accommodations are served in a family style. And not just that it is also the place where we can visit the famous whale sharks or what we called the butandings. I just can't wait to visit the place someday.

VILLA ON A CLIFF is located in a ONE-OF-A-KIND enclave in the coastal town of Oslob, Cebu. It is absolutely private and peaceful. It is not a hotel/resort. It is our summer home and thus, there isn't a restaurant on the property. All meals are home cooked and served family style. We have set menu's to choose from, which is only PHP650/person per meal. It includes an appetizer, main dish, rice, dessert and iced tea.

It is a beautiful tropical estate with a 2-storey Main House and 2 Elegant Villas suspended on an oceanfront cliff. It is beautifully landscaped with an infinity pool that hangs over a rock face 20 meters above sea level.

It has magnificent views from all rooms. It looks out onto the resort island of Sumilon, and Siquijor island is in the distance. The Villa is designed for family and friends who wish to holiday together and who require more space than a hotel. However, children below 7 years old are not not permitted on the property for safety purposes---the infinity pool is at the edge of a cliff.

There is direct access to the ocean. The crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming. Snorkeling is also good along the house reef. For those wanting an amazing and exhilarating experience...there is swimming with whale sharks just 10 minutes away from the Villa. We will be happy to arrange this and other optional tours for you.

- with a private balcony, Queen bed, sitting area and private bathroom
VILLA 2 - PHP5,600/night DBL occupancy
- with a sitting area, Queen bed, bathroom, outdoor patio with ocean view

Villa's 1 & 2 can accommodate 4 guests. A mattress will be added on the floor, and an extra person rate is PHP1,500/night.
