Osmeña Peak , known as highest point in the province of Cebu, it was also considered as the Little Baguio because of it's cold temperature. I've been looking for a place where to celebrate my birthday, I wanted it to be in a 'not so crowded' place and just nearby the city, while browsing on the net, I saw this newly built rest house in Sitio Chikosan, Banika, Lower South Hills, Tisa; the RING RESTHOUSE: A place overlooking to the city yet can be reached in a matter of minutes! I had read many good reviews about the place and I decided to celebrate my pre-birthday celebration there. The place can also be a perfect venue for birthday, parties, reunions, and company outings. They only accept guests on a first-come-first-served basis, so if you had plans going there, it's recommended for you to be early.
