I've been looking for a place where to celebrate my birthday, I wanted it to be in a 'not so crowded' place and just nearby the city, while browsing on the net, I saw this newly built rest house in Sitio Chikosan, Banika, Lower South Hills, Tisa; the RING RESTHOUSE: A place overlooking to the city yet can be reached in a matter of minutes! I had read many good reviews about the place and I decided to celebrate my pre-birthday celebration there. The place can also be a perfect venue for birthday, parties, reunions, and company outings.
